Yoga Camps
Although the institute had been publishing research papers and books based on its findings on the use of yoga for various illnesses since its inception, the real impetus for developing a comprehensive body of literature came with the need to train students enrolled in the yoga teacher diploma program. The institute has an extensive and diverse publication portfolio in yoga encompassing various aspects such as philosophy, practice, therapy and spiritual wisdom. With over 20 books published so far, institute aspires to contribute more and also make its literature available in Hindi and English. Many heads, hands and hearts worked together, midnight oil was burned in the process of referring to numerous books from 11 different streams of yoga to bring these books to life. But no single person’s name appears as the author – books are published under the name of institution. The institute also publishes its monthly e-magazine Yog Jigyasa, which covers a wide range of topics related to yoga.
